What is Imile???

I ordered from shein but my delivery address was incorrect so I tried fixing it, I was then told that I can't edit an address for a parcel that has already been shipped so I have to speak to the courier service that they gave my parcel to. The service in this case was Imile. Shein gave my parcel to Imile but since then I have had absolutely no means of contacting them because every method that I've been given does not work. Their email doesn't work because I have been sending follow-up emails back to back but I received nothing, their customer service number just leaves you on their holding tone and no one picks up and their WhatsApp bot is useless because you're only given a few options to choose from when texting them.

This has been a terrible experience
