Very frustrated

There is no update on my parcel for 2 dsys now, it is stucked on VAT&DUTY has been paid by consignee, when I check on tik tok and Facebook lots and lots of people are complaining about the same thing. Most people ending up not getting thier parcels, imile logistics is a **** company I do not know is it still operating here in South Africa, they are making money thru hard earned people's money.😭😭😭
