Very disappointed

We should have an option to give half a star or no star at all. IMILE’s service is very poor. extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my recent SHEIN order.most logistic companies have delivered their orders for people who places orders on the 10th ,but with them its a different story. No update,no communication,landline number not going through.
