Very disappointed, angry and Not satisfied by Imile.

Imile is very *********** and very unprofessional, I waited for my parcel since last month until today I still haven't received it. I called them to find out what was going on and that's when they decided to tell me that they can't find my address, mind you I had to use my airtime to call them, if I didn't call they wouldn't have bothered to let me know that they can't find my address. They are being paid for that parcel but behaving like they are doing it for free. I'm really not happy because the date has came and gone for that parcel really had an important function to attend and needed what's in the parcel for that function. Imile ruined everything for me, I hope I won't be dealing with them in the future
