Very bad service

THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY PACKAGE AND NEVER PHONED TO ARRANGE DELIVERY, BUT ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY SAY I DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. on thier phone number they never pick up and there's really no communication from them.
