very bad company

I paid my vat and Duty more than a week ago, my package is with customs, phoned customs, they say there is nothing wrong with package and needs to be collected by courier, Imile refuses to follow up on customs to get my package and deliver to me. When you phone them they say there is nothing they can do, I will just have to wait indefinitely for them so deliver my package witch I paid for. They demand vat and duty payment immediately, but when it comes to actually doing their job and deliver what they have been paid for they just do not give a @#$%
