Very angry drivers!

The worst courier company on earth! Today the courier for IMile came to deliver my parcel,upon collection he demands my ID of which I stated that I did not have.he proceeded to shout at me and say I should email IMile and that he would not hand me the package without my ID.surprisingly I do not use my ID on the SHEIN app nor did I use it when I paid my customs. I asked him why it isn’t stated anywhere,not on the messages nor emails they send that I would not receive my parcel,he was very demeaning and condescending.he threatened me repeatedly stating how he was going to beat me up because I asked him why he would leave with a package that I paid for. If it were not for bystanders the guy would have beat me simply because I did not have my ID and I questioned why I would need my ID if I could simply sign for the parcel and he photographs me holding the parcel.
