Useless logistics company

I received an email that my order was out for delivery on Monday. On Tuesday, I received an email from SHEIN saying they couldn’t find my address. Funny enough, Buffalo delivered at the same address and there were no issues. Imile **** about not finding my address. Not even one person contacted me telephonically. They are just useless. 19 days later my order is still not with me.
