USELESS COMPANY.... I HATE IMILE

I hate Imile, I ordered on Shein more than 2 weeks ago and I was given this courier for the first time as I'm used to Buffalo... They have been holding my parcel and they don't want to deliver it. I paid customer long time ago but nothing is moving. I have tried calling them but they don't answer, I have sent them several emails but they don't respond, on WhatsApp it's worse there is no help at all.. My birthday and my daughter's birthday was last weekend, we couldn't celebrate it because of the clothes we where waiting for which are in that parcel, we had to prospond it to this coming weekend but still imile hasn't delivered yet, mind you it's already Friday.... I have never been so hurt frustrated and helpless, I have never experienced such problems with Buffalo at all.. Please help me get this parcel so that I may celebrate my daughter's birthday Tommorow..🥺
