Useless Company - Do not use them

I placed an order with Shein. Got an email from Imile to pay the duties. I did it immediately on the 4th of September 2024. Now every day I get a threatening whatsupp I have to pay they are going to send the package back. I have emailed them the proof of payment several times but no response from their side. I also mailed Shein and they told me I have to deal with Imile. So it seems I'm going to loose +-R2000.00
