Useless at communication

The biggest I face with this logistics company everytime I order from Shein is their lack of communication. Their website is a mess and honestly they don't seem to care about helping you as a customer when you have concerns. They are very unprofessional and I don't know how they got to work with Shein, if they can't handle the responsibility.
