Useless!

These guys are USELESS! My package was scheduled to depart HKG on 5 November and arrive at JNB on the 6th of November. Today is the 12th November and still no tracking update from them. I received a message from Shein this morning stating flight delays. Why, A WEEK LATER, do they only send these messages? Customs tax and duty already paid. No replies to mails or messages. TOTALLY UN-PROFESSIONAL!
