Unworkable system

Very disappointing, when you get a notification that the delivery is on the way, it takes 3 days to be delivered. Reason I'm told is: delivery person takes all the parcels in Gauteng. Even if you are just 8km away from the logistics company, you may be the last person to receive your parcel.

I'm so disappointed 😥
