Unreliable company

I ordered with shein on the 31st of May and today 11 June 2024 I recieved an email from imile delivery that my parcel is out for delivery, than around 18:40 I get an email again saying they tried to deliver but wrong address, wrong phone number.. When I try to check on the shein app to track my parcel it says "vehicle breakdown" when I go to their app again to track it says "vehicle breakdown".. This company is sooo unreliable because when I check the reviews they all bad people are complaining about this company and no action has been taken.. SHEIN MUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY OTHERWISE THEY WILL LOOSE CLIENTS
