Unreliable and *************

On the 25th of September, I received a link from imile to pay tax and I did even sent proof of payment. I have no idea how many times I have received WhatsApp stating my parcel awaits tax payment in order for delivery. I have spoken to many of their agent, who are very unprofessional all they keep telling me is that the billing department must still allocate your payment. Last week one of the agents said within the week I will get the parcel she just spoke to the billing lady who told her one of her colleagues sent her the same tracking no she's doing it NOW!! till this day nothing. The scariest part through all of this is that when you track your order it say still awaits payment how, but it has been paid. Imile operates like those **** companies
