Unprofessional behaviour

I am disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received from Imile Logistics. On 19/02/2025, I encountered an issue with my delivery, the experience was made worse by the unprofessional behaviour of the delivery driver!

He called and my mom answered. When I called him back to enquire about my delivery, the driver used offensive language over the phone which I found completely unacceptable. He said to me “A kena nako ya masepa! You will go and collect your order ko warehouse” .

Now when I track my order, under deliver it says “No response after 3 calls”..

I hope the Imile Logistics take my complaint seriously and make immediate action to address these issues!!!
