Unjustified Import Fees

I purchased an item from AliExpress for R2,623.48, but iMile Logistics is now charging me a fee that exceeds 60% of the item's value. This is extremely unreasonable. I sent an email requesting a review of these charges, but I have yet to receive any response. Import duty rates in South Africa typically range from 0% to 45%, with an average rate of around 18.74%, making iMile's charges appear excessively inflated and unjustified.
