Unhappy customer

I have been waiting for my delivery that's supposed to be made by Imile logistics from Shein for almost two weeks ago and still no response. Why does this company give us problems right after paying customs? Their contact number is not in use anymore and there's nowhere they can be reached. This is an unreliable company that cannot be trusted!!!
