Unacceptable delivery service

I am fed up with Imile South Africa. They take the longest out of all courier companies to depiver shein orders. Package will be at the same hub for a couple of days. My parcel was out for delivery yesterday. A day past and still no delivery. When phoning them and asking about the parcel they state that the driver which was assigned the delivery does nog deliver in the area. How is this even possible. Every time there is a problem with Imile delivery. No communication from them. This is very unacceptable. Shein should stop using their services
