UNABLE TO PAY TAXES

I have received an email on the 31st of October to pay my taxes but I get an error everytime I go through the link, I'm even unable to track my order. I called them the next day and they said they would send me another link within the next 24hrs but m still unable to go through to make payment even today. I need my delivery urgently and at this point even making a call to them gives an error and their WhatsApp is useless
