*****ulent logistic company

For the 2nd time this company is couriering my order and I must it's the worst company ever! I think Shein doesn't care about it's south african clientele anymore, I requested on couple times that I dont want this company associated with my orders as its a *****!!! I mean I had to pay R950 for a R2000 order and mind you most were small items like earrings and now for a R1500 order I have to pay R859 for 9 items... Like how? Where's the logic in that? For Buffalo i had to pay R500 for an order of R2500 and never had issues with Buffalo till date... And now these stupid company that does not even answer their calls nor respond to any queries, they pretend as if they dont understand what you are talking about whwn you send a query!!! Like detest thia company so much and to actually think that they dont even care about customers it's even worse!
