****TY SERVICE to say the least!

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A STAR!

Waiting on a Shein package they have had since 10 FEB; it is now 26FEB and after numerous WhatsApp messages, Emails and Calls; I am still waiting on the package! This is ridiculous and pathetic service - and NO ACCOUNTABILITY from anyone! Cannot even escalate this matter or speak to a TL/Manager...I bet if their salaries depended on the reviews or customer interactions the agents would be more interested in assisting rather than rattling off a script

I cannot even prompt SHEIN to only use the other courier service as their site says it is routed to the closest provider
