****ty service. Company hired ****S as drivers. Zero rating!!

There should be a rating for zero because that is what this company is deserving. An order which should have been delivered within 48 hours is suddenly been taken back to the warehouse because the address is incorrect. Firstly, I cancelled my plans for today because I had to receive the order and secondly, the *********** drivers that are hired are clearly ****s as they don’t call or even WhatsApp to ask for directions if they are getting lost. I had to call *** this morning (another expense) just to understand what was happening because all my details are correct, including my cellphone number. I was I’ll repeat that I don’t really understand why SHEIN uses this courier company. This is the second delivery that has required me to call and ask what was going on as the drivers hired are ****S. We never experienced this before with the previous company. I hate knowing that IMILE is handling my orders. I hate it!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone. Can my order be delivered as all details are correct. Urgh man!
