Troubling to pay customs

I have made an order for my daughter From Shein on the 22nd March 2024 and they used Imile Logistics to deliver the clothes. We have tried to pay for customs but it keeps on bouncing back we can't get through their eft online payment and it frustrates me a lot because the clothes might go back to Shein, I have tried to call them but no avail, whatsapp, sending emails still no response since last week ,even now I am trying to call the South African line still no answer. Please help I don't know what to do anymore.
