The worst company ever

Why can I not give zero stars?

I've phoned them 4 times this week, my query was escalated to a so called manager each time... yet nothing has been done! I told them I want solutions not more problems. I am willing to drive and collect the package yet I am told I will not be allowed to enter the location. So they cant or wont help me and I am also not allowed to help them help me... I have to wait for 10min each time when phoning them and then each time be told the same story from someone that can barely speak English. Absolutely disgusting so called useless custormer service. If I actually had a choice I would not have used them at all... one of those bullt**** tenders gone wrong once again
