Terrible worst courier company ever

Worst courier company ever. I have been waiting for my parcel from shein it's past estimated delivery time already. The event I ordered the items for even past I had to make other arrangements last minute. I track the parcel daily it shows delivery but not getting to me at all since the 4th of April the parcel was supposed to be delivered 18th April latest.The frustrating part is that the contact numbers provided by Shein for them are not in use so no-one to talk to to check if they have correct address details or findout what is the problem. There is just a bot system which routes you to same tracking system.
