Terrible to be serviced by this logistics company

Terrible to be serviced by this logistics company. Some staff though some good have no respect for clients. When you ask for a manager they refuse to send you to a manager and never get a call from the manager. Their email address is a black hole , their complaint option on what's up is useless as you never get response. More than weeks of frustrations dealing with them now they are refusing to release my parcel
