Terrible system of communication. Terrible service delivery. Dishonest

The most terrible logistics company I've had an experience with. They keep lying every time about when my package will be delivered, on top of everything, it's already late. The customer care line has no real communication with the driver's and the warehouse, they often contradict themselves in the information they give, it's like none of the employees has any idea regarding how this company works. They really care about the service the deliver. I have called them everyday for the 14th July which was the last day for my package to arrive it's not the 30th, I haven't received my package, I even feel like my package is ******. It's extremely difficult to comprehend how on earth they're still in business with such horrible service delivery.
