Terrible shipping

I ordered from SHEIN on the 20th of March and I expedited the process and paid customs on the 24th March. On the 31st of March, the parcel arrived in Joburg, and it has supposedly been shipped somewhere, but I can’t see where, so I do not know where in South Africa my parcel is. I have tried to phone Imile/Meili, but only music plays. I am very disappointed.
