Terrible service

I was supposed to have a package delivered to me a day or two before Good Friday, they cannot deliver it to me because apparently they can't locate/reach the delivery address I gave them. I tried calling AND emailing their customer service to give them a corrected address so my package could get delivered to me, but I didn't get ANY response from them whatsoever. This company does not care, "customer service" is a foreign concept to them.
