Terrible service

Absolutely disappointed with iMile’s service. Getting through to customer support feels impossible — they take forever to answer calls, and when someone finally does answer, it’s usually an overseas agent giving vague or completely incorrect information about your package. Half the time they just repeat what you say back to them when you correct them, which makes you question whether they even know where your parcel is. Tracking updates are unreliable, communication is poor, and delivery times seem more like suggestions than actual commitments. At this point, you’re lucky if your package arrives on time — or arrives at all. Definitely one of the most frustrating logistics experiences I’ve had.
