Terrible Experience

I had a very bad experience with this logistics company I placed an order from SHEIN and it’s still not yet delivered. Each day I follow up and they say it will be delivered today and still nothing. Moreover, the customer experience agents on the phone are rude and very terrible. This company is getting on my nervous and I am very disappointed with their service I don’t know why SHEIN is using them as a courier provider
