Terrible experience!!

I am very disappointed and displeased with the service iMile provides. I have a shein package that they were due to collect on the 16th of September 2026. It is now the 2nd of October and they have not called me. I have sent *** and called their help centre however I am being sent from pillar to post.

Never use iMile! What a joke of a logistics company!
