Still no refund - 2 months later

I've ordered Shein in the beginning of November, my tax was more than 40% of my package, my package never arrived, nobody could tell me why, but after 3 weeks Shein refunded me. I've phoned iMile ample time, still no refund, 2 months later.

Poor communication and slow to help but very fast to take your money.
