Slowest service ever

I placed order from Shein on 31 January, few days after that paid customs. my order is at Jhb clearance from 11 February and to date have not received my parcel followed up with them and they kept on saying will be delivered in 2 days. i dont know why Shein keeps using these people as they will be losing customers, i never had a problem with buffalo.
