Slow processs

My shein parcel have been forwaded to Imile and since then my status has not changed. It's been saying loading complete. I cannot track where it is now and I should have received an email to clear my custom however i haven't received that email either. I've been lodging for urgent delivery but because it is now in emile it cannot be processed. Time to go home has arrived and no one is going to take the parcel for me if i am not here.
