Shein Parcel Detained at Customs -Imile not Helpful

I ordered a parcel from Shein and it has been detained by customs. I keep calling Imile for clarity on the issue and they are not being helpful at all. I spoke to Sizani and all I am told to do is send an email and they will respond I require this parcel urgently for .y daughters market day and Imile is being very reluctant in their assistance. This is a major problem especially that your consultants taking calls are so brief and unresponsive with feedback. Please assist
