Shein order not being delivered, no feedback or assistance from Imile logistics

This is the worst delivery service, I placed an order on shein on the 23rd of July and I have still not received my package. When I track my package it is still on held by customs. When I call I get told it's because of hair products that was ordered, when I check on shein the status is still showing it with customs, I'm not getting any help or assistance from imile it's. I tried calling the whole day today that my airtime is even finished I've sent emails and have received no response I even tried calling customs with no luck. Most of the products bought is gift for my wife and kids and a person must have this type of issues.
