Shein order

The first time I used them, I had the worst experience. They had my order for about 2 weeks even after paying the customs...even Shein had to end up requesting for a return+refund. Shein refunded me and till today I have not received my refund from them. This was in October, we are in December now. Getting through to them is a struggle, you won't get any feedback via email. So disappointing
