Shein needs to stop working with iMile!!!!

The worst ever delivery company!!! The delivery guy was extremely rude & impatient, he drove away with my order because he wanted me to come to another street to fetch my order from Shein, which was meant to be delivered at my door. He rudely told me he’s reschedule the order for delivery to be after 2 weeks. Been filing complaints on their WhatsApp chatbot & numerous times they promise to get a live agent to contact you after 24 hours but nothing! For my own sanity, I will stop ordering from Shein if they continue using this company for deliveries because their reviews are horrible!! Which means that’s just how the company operates!! Poor! Poor! Poor!!
