SHEIN Logistic delivery - imile is a freaking ****.

I ordered off Shein on 3 April. On 14 April at 6:30am received a message to say order will be delivered within 24 hours. then 10:30 am a message to say order delivered. Then I look at the delivery proof and its not my signature, not my address. Now I can get anyone to rectify this. No one answers calls or emails and the whatsapp is a mess. I spent a small fortune this time with my order + the taxes and now my parcel is missing in thin air. I contacted the business in the photo of the ''proof of delivery'' and they say they havent received anything their side. *** is going on? Is this imile another ****? Come on Shein. This is beyond frustrating.
