I’m extremely disappointed with Imile's service. The delays are unacceptable, and communication is almost nonexistent. Skein package take far too long to arrive, and when you try to get answers, you’re either ignored or given generic responses that don’t solve anything. A reliable delivery service should prioritize efficiency and customer satisfaction, but unfortunately, Imile seems to be failing on both fronts. I would not recommend this service until serious improvements are made.
