Since that went nowhere, I sent an email, only to receive feedback that could win awards for being the most unhelpful response ever. Apparently, you’ve outsourced clearing to a third party (that you pay, mind you), yet somehow it’s my responsibility to chase them down about tax issues. And the cherry on top? You actually told me to “Google their number.” Outstanding customer service innovation right there. Honestly, if there were a rating below one star, you’d own it. Zero stars would suit you perfectly.
