Service - NO service

I would give it a zero - Paid my duties on the 7th November for my Shein order, can't get through to Imile. I even went to their warehouse I was not allowed in and no one was interested in coming to the gate to explain what was going on with my package. Worst - sorry NO service AT ALL. We complained to Shein and they just gave us 100 credits valid for 30 days WOW. What are we supposed to buy from Shein again - DOUBT THAT, thanks Imile you useless bunch.
