Service is disgusting

I placed an order from Shein on the 14th of December I paid customs on the 20th till today I have not received my order no communication whatsoever. I then received an sms telling me my order got lost and then received an email saying that my order has arrived in RSA. Status of the order still @ the same place since the 21st
