SCHEIN AND/OR iMILe COURIERS

A couple of months ago I made an online purchase at Shein. after a while i received message from ImiLe advising me of the taxes payable. Even thoughihad always paid BUFFALO for the couriers, ijust thought theyhad changed couriers, and I paid , then paid again, thinking i'd made a mistake a few weeks ago and only on the third try from them did i stop to think this couldn't be right. there is absolutely no way to phone either ImiLe of Schein from their websites and all my attempts came to nothing. It was an awful moment - especially as I had been so stupid myself.

Nevertheless, I once again bought something from Schein after a a few months - again from Schein thinking it wouldn't happen twice. Blow me down I see that ImiLe is again the courier and I just don't trust them. Does anyone have experience with them?
