Didn't like that they didn't call to update that my parcel is to be delivered. and their WhatsApp line is horrible as you only talk to a bot as well as their website. However, I Have managed to get hold of their call centre to inform them and the agents were very receptive, and I was properly assisted. My parcel was delivered safely. Although their custom duties is quite pricey, I must say. I eventually received a call on delivery once I have contemplated on the line with them. Overall. I am satisfied.
