Rude and unprofessional driver

I have received a WhatsApp message from this company this morning notifying me that my order will be delivered today . Yesterday morning there was a missed call at 07:26 am and again today at 06:59 am from the number I don't know now at 15:52 pm I received a call when I answer the 1st question the guy said is why don't you return missed calls from your phone and his tone was very rude so I asked do I know you then he said his name is Tendani Thavhanyedza he was supposed to deliver from yesterday and I did not return his call so how is he going to get my address I told him he is rude for asking that question how was I suppose to know who he was if he never wrote a message explaining who he was and another question why does he phone me Early in the morning as if he is my boyfriend. Then he told me he was doing me a favor because I'm rude I will see where I will get my SheIn parcel then he hang up on me. I don't understand why I have return missed calls from strangers and how is he doing me a favor by doing his job I am not happy with Imile and I don't recommend that people should use it I have never had problems with buffalo logistics.
