Refund request

Imile RSA is the worst logistics company ever!! I paid for my parcels customs fees about a month ago, the parcel was never delivered and I have been requesting a refund for the fees I paid. I haven’t not received any concrete response as yet, their email team is soo *********** they do not read clients queries to understand and resolve they read to respond and move to the next email… highly disappointed and would never recommend imile logistics to anyone again!!!
