Refund

I paid for customs fee for tracking number *** with Imile, the parcel was never delivered to me and they are refusing to refund me the amount I paid…they are the wort logistics company you can find! Their customer support service centre is always experiencing issues on the phones, it’s hard to have a conversation with the consultants and their email team doesn’t even bother reading your query’s, they just respond with automated templates..soo disgusted by this company
